Clean and ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS accom with stunning and wonderful location just next door to a 10mins bus ride to the nightlife, and a lovely grove of palm trees on the sand which the larger smarter hotels. A nice size room and modern bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer and fresh towels. Ocean view, helpful and very attentive staff.
Untrained staff!

The hotel had a great position, to the nightlife.

Actually a nice, clear area directly on the beach, not in the party area. Furniture is old, but everything is clean.
The food offer was not good, the breakfast was very simple and generally everything was prepared without empathy, bad ingredients. Tables were not set fast enough and you had to wait a long time for coffee and cutlery. Lunch and evening buffet generally cold food and many ready made products. personnel accordingly unmotivated.

The food was very good. The place itself too.
The cleaning of the room got worse every day. In the end we lacked towels. Hence the negative rating of the staff.

The location is perfect, right on the hotel strip and steps away from the beautiful beach. Our standard room with ocean view was spacious, clean, and had a lovely terrace next to the pool. Staff at the front desk were super helpful.

It is an all-inclusive resort, which made it nice for a leisure vacation. Price good for a small, low end, older hotel. We enjoyed the smaller pool with ocean view. We were able to upgrade to ocean view room for additional $25 per night additional charge at check-in.
The jacuzzi was not available because it was being remodeled. The beach front bar no longer exists due to the new hotel next door. During the day the pool bar was too small and only had one bartender to accomodate the all-inclusive crowd. In the evening the pool bar closed before the pool closed. Concierge Desk was actually only there to arrange an extremely expensive "vacation resort" promotion tour, similar to a time share. Don't waste your time going on it. Front desk people often too busy to handle information inquires.

Despite the fact the hotel is old the employees there try to maintain it quite nicely. They keep it clean and they are so friendly it makes the stay there very enjoyable.
Like every resort I stayed in while on my trip in Cancun, the pool water is way too cold.

ocean view, beautiful pool areas, excellent beach location
Not all-inclusive due to restricted food hours!!! Room cleanliness needs attention with sand on the floor and dirty towels!!! Internet only works in limited areas causing frustration!!!

Consider bringing your own snacks as options can be limited and the cost for extras adds up quickly.
